Energy Efficiency Specialist The Energy Services team at Cadmus provides advanced analytic and strategic consulting services to energy companies, utilities, governments, and non-profit organizations. We are seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to support program evaluation and other energy efficiency-related activities as part of the Market Intelligence practice. Potential assignments include promoting utility energy efficiency programs; evaluating energy efficiency of buildings, equipment, appliances, lighting, or HVAC systems. General Responsibilities: • Collect data, conduct research and analysis. • Create and develop marketing, public awareness, and outreach campaigns. • Conduct stakeholder interviews. • Design and implement surveys. • Write reports and memos. • Interact with clients, representing Cadmus’ work and interests. Requirements: • BS/BA required, advanced degree preferred. • Knowledge of programs targeted to low-income audiences is a plus. • 3-6 years of relevant work experience related to energy efficiency. • Knowledge of energy efficiency program design or evaluation is a plus. • Advanced quantitative skills and knowledge of Excel. • Excellent written and oral communications skills. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in our Arlington, Virginia office and may require travel.
