The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience, be familiar with Web technologies, Java, JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks (ExtJS, JQuery, Prototype, others), CSS and HTML), and Flex. Job duties will include participating in daily scrums, design meetings, user story development, determination of level of effort, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixing, depending on the stage of our development lifecycle. Job Experience As a web developer, the successful applicant is expected to learn our suite of web applications in preparation for supporting and expanding them. Requirements include: A computer science or computer engineering university degree. Graduate work in computer science is an asset; 10 years work experience as a senior developer; Ability to mentor and lead teams through product development cycle including white-boarding, prototyping, design and development; Excellent communication skills for technical, product and other business audiences; Expert knowledge of web development technologies, including Java, JavaScript (and advanced JS frameworks such as ExtJS, JQuery, YUI, Prototype), HTML/XHTML, CSS, JSON.
