Requirements: -IA Vulnerability Analysis & Assessment Support (Should be familiar with SCCVI, SCRI and Gold Disk, etc. - possess comprehensive knowledge of the following:National, DOD and DA regulatory policies relating to Information Assurance (IA) DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) to include FISMA and HIPAA requirements Army Best Business Practices (BBP's), Army's Agent of the Certification Authority (ACA) and Army Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) process as they relate to the Army's systems .Able to properly evaluate whether Information Systems has met IA controls and requirements .Maintaining a repository for all systems' C&A documentation and modification to support Designated Approving Authority (DAA) .Maintaining enterprise-level records of DIACAP/ACA/Networthiness (CTOs) certifications .Familiar with C&A status tracked in APMS for annual FISMA reporting STIG verification (Gold Disk, Checklists, SRR Scripts) on all applicable software residing on the servers, network devices, workstations, laptops, or telecom equipment scheduled for Information Assurance (IA) accreditation and Interoperability (IO) certification. Able to test the OS using vulnerability scan tools (SCCVI/SCRI), such as STAT or eRetina, security test procedures Experienced with general network architectural knowledge, LANS/WANS. Should understand network, mainframe, mini-, and micro-computer architectures; Operating system, web-based system and application-level concepts; network protocols, most notably TCP/IP, and associated equipment concepts; commercial off-the-shelf software security products, including firewalls, IDS and IPS; Public Key Infrastructure and data encryption Provide technical security evaluations on new products, update existing C&A packages to maintain currency, conduct security testing, in accordance with the latest security products and processes Required Certifications: MCSA Security on Windows 2003 AND Security + or CISSP/Must Have a DOD clearance and okay with 30-50% travel Please call John France with Insight Global at 703-442-7717 dc
