Our organization is evolving and growing successfully and is located in beautiful Falls Church, VA.   In the role of Contracts Manager, a successful candidate will:   ·         Ensure the company is compliant and meets contracts terms and conditions with our clients. ·         Implement contracts administration processes and procedures that are effective and efficient in delivering results. ·         Drive the implementation of an efficient contracts administration infrastructure - people, process and systems. ·         Implement an updated and organized and hierarchal filing structure for all contracts matters - physical and softcopy contractual documents. ·         Provide monthly contracts status updates to Senior Management with respect to funding levels, escalations, ceilings, contract closures. ·         Oversee overall performance of the Contracts Administration department with respect to service level agreements and deliverables. ·         Communicate to Government Contracting Officers with respect to Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs). ·         Act as a point of contact for requesting and receiving Modifications to existing contracts as necessary. ·         This individual will be responsible for delivering business/pricing proposal for responses to all RFPs/RFQs. ·         Keep Senior Management informed and educated on new Governmental regulations impacting the company.   The ideal candidate would have:   ·         In-depth experience in establishing contracts administration policies, processes, systems. ·         Experience with working with all contract pricing models (FFP, T&M, CPFF, and CR). ·         In-depth knowledge of FAR, SCA and DCAA and subcontract compliance and reporting. ·         The candidate must be able to effectively communicate to clients, coworkers and management in both verbal and written form.  ·         Ability to set daily/weekly/monthly priorities with staff. ·         Individual must also be adaptable and flexible to help deliver tactical objectives and deliverables at times of need. ·         Minimum of 5-7 years of writing business/pricing proposal. ·         Strong management experience required.  ·         Advanced degree desired.  ·         The candidate must be organized in terms of naming conventions. ·         Strong Customer Service Demeanor.
