Environmental Federal Agency is looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst to support the Service with use of it's funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This is a long term contract paying $26-28/hr. Qualifications: - At least five years of Federal Acquisition experience. · Current or prior DAWIA or FAC-C certification. · An in-depth understanding of the Recovery Act requirements. · The ability to manage multiple, concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines. · The ability to write, and verbally present complex subjects in a clear and concise manner. · The ability to effectively brief senior executives on complex issues. Description of Work to be performed: (non-exhaustive): Provide pre-solicitation guidance for all America Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) acquisitions requiring the Bureau Procurement Chief’s (BPC) review and approval. Coordinate with Regional Contracting Officers for receipt of acquisition packages/documents requiring review. Review the acquisition award folder for completeness, accuracy and sound business decisions and prepare the packet for BPC review and approval. If qualified, please send Resume.
