We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Rep to join the HomeWell Senior Care sales team! The Field Sales Representative is focused on hospitals and physicians in the Northern Virginia market. You will focus specifically on hospital discharge planners, hospital case managers, hospital social workers, hospital nurses involved in the discharge planning process, as well as physician practices focused on seniors. Should be familiar with staff at the various hospital disciplines as well, such as oncology, orthopedics and transitional care units. Applicants for this position must have ESTABLISHED relationships with the contacts listed above, within local hospitals and local physician offices. The Field Sales Rep is responsible for building positive relationships with referral sources which ultimately generate new business opportunities for the company. Our service is a simple one to sell: Our singular focus is keeping seniors safe, independent and pampered in their home for as long as practical with the assistance of a Certified Nurse Aide. Your success is largely determined by the frequency and consistency of in-person marketing visits to referral sources. There is significant need for our type of service, but many referral sources and client prospects do not have a full understanding of the scope of services we offer and how we benefit their patients. Your responsibility will be to educate potential referral sources on our services, follow-up on opportunities and properly document leads for our care management and staffing departments. We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Health to provide services in Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg. We accept private pay, Long Term Care insurance and Medicaid Personal Care Waiver.
