All three of us have just graduated from the University of Virginia and are gainfully employed (or soon will be as soon as our contracts start). We are looking for an apartment or house in the Orange Line corridor, so anywhere from Ballston to Rosslyn (or Georgetown if possible!). We're very responsible and are looking for a nicer place to reflect our newly found professional status! Our preferred rent would be around $3000, but we're willing to look at anything below $4000.
