A steadily growing company in Reston, Virginia needs an Electronics Assembler with a minimum of 10 years experience. Successful candidates will have: • Exceptional soldering skills – SMT, fine pitch, rework, microscope experience • Strong experience reading and understanding schematics and drawings • Electronics and wiring harness assembly experience • Electronics testing, troubleshooting and repair experience • Experience using electronics lab tools (DMM, O-scope) • Mechanical assembly experience • Ability to use common mechanical shop tools (drill press, grinder, hand tools) • U.S. Citizenship Required • Associates degree or higher preferred We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about working closely on small teams, who want to be technically challenged, and to learn.
