Employee will be working in a manufacturing production environment. Employee will program and operate CNC machines to include CNC Panel Saw and CNC Northwood 2-head Router; Operate manual machines to include table saws, drill presses, routers, jointers, sanders and other machines used in a manufacturing environment; Troubleshoot and maintain assigned equipment as well as maintain a safe and organized work area. Candidate must be highly accountable, punctual, organized, possess a great work ethic, teachable, good listener, follow instructions, deadline driven and mature. Skills: *Solid AutoCAD background is a requirement; Inventor experience a plus *Must be highly motivated and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines *Master CAM/Alpha CAM/CAD CAM Programming a definite plus *Possess above average mathematical and mechanical aptitude, having understanding of geometrical angles, radius, tolerances, etc. *Have ability to analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications and design data to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates *Maintain a safe and organized (OSHA compliant) work area *Work closely with production department *CNC experience a definite plus *Supervisory experience a plus REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent or technical school; or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in exhibits and/or retail display manufacturing. • Successful completion of a certificate program in CNC Machining is a definite plus • Knowledge of retail display manufacturing industry; including plastic, metal and wood is desirable • Proficient working knowledge in a PC platform of MS Office Products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. dc
