Three roommates (two guys, one girl) in group house are looking to fill our fourth slot, as our beloved roommate is leaving us for bigger and better things…like the suburbs. Rent is $775 a month plus utilities, which run about $75 a month. Lease starts July 1 and goes for one year. About the house: 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom located 2 blocks from Ballston Metro. The house is next door to a convenience store, which makes it, well, convenient. House has central air and washer/dryer onsite. Room for rent is located on the first floor and comfortably holds a full bed, dresser, tv stand, etc. The lucky occupant will get to share a bathroom with Abby. The house is within walking distance of everything you need (ie-grocery, mall, gym, restaurants, and most importantly, bars) which is nice, as not everyone has a car. We do have a driveway and off-street parking is available if needed. About us: All 20-something professionals just trying to live the dream…well, to the extent that a broke non-profit worker, government employee and campaign staffer can live the dream. We generally lay low during the week but live it up on the weekends, although we have been known to frequent happy hours on an occasional (ok, daily) basis. About you: A 20-something young professional or student who is responsible and considerate. Sports fans (especially football) are preferred. Auburn and Michigan fans need not apply. We are looking for people only; check your pets at the door.
