Hi there, I am looking for a female around age 19-early twenties to take my place in a 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment. You will have your own room with a shared bathroom. Move in date is July 22 but anytime that week or so is fine. Deposit and first month's rent is required upon move in, an estimated $800, which covers the rest of July and all of August's rent. From then on rent is 450/month including utilities. Utilities include electric, cable, water and internet. The apartment does have a very friendly cat, but preferably no more pets. It is perfect for a student going to GMU or NOVA and is about a 15 minute drive to GMU. Only minutes from Rt. 50, 29, 28, and I-66 and countless shopping centers. Apartment community includes a gym, pool, volleyball, etc. You would be living with 2 GMU students, both female, both very friendly and laid back.
