About the place: This is a 3 bedroom, end unit townhouse in a decent neighborhood right off of New Braddock Rd, near 28, 66 and 29. It's a nice place with 2 full baths, and 2 half-baths, and fairly new amenities. The 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor with the 2 full baths, the 2nd floor has the living room, the dining room (currently being used as the work out area), the kitchen, and one of the half baths, and the basement has my theater room with a projector, the laundry room, a half bath, and access to the back yard, which is nice for a townhouse. Pictures are included with this ad, so you can see what the place looks like. Rent is $425 a month, with a $466 security deposit. Utilities include Fios, electricity, and water, which generally runs about $140 a month, but of course the electric bill varies with the seasons. All utilities are considered house utilities and are going to be split equally. Don't google the directions, because they tell you to take a street that doesn't exist.
