You have full use of the kitchen, washer, dryer and other community areas. The rent is $700.00. There is a $400.00 security deposit. This is a month-to-month rental. The location is 27 miles from Washington, DC. Interstate 95 is two minutes away. Quantico Marine Base is 8 miles away and Fort Belvoir is 13 miles away. Woodbridge has a great commuting infrastructure to DC. There is bus service down the bottom of the hill that goes directly to D.C., Pentagon, and also the Franconia-Springfield Metro. There is also slugging – a free ride to DC, the Pentagon, or Crystal City because the driver needs three passenger in order to ride the HOV lanes. Drivers pick up and drop off at Potomac Mills where there is free parking for your vehicle, which is about three miles from the townhouse. I personally utilize this mode of transportation as I work in DC. No couples, no kids, no pets, and no smoking.
