I am looking to share my Manassas townhome with a professional mature individual. Race, age, sexual orientation, and religious affiliation are not important. I have a partially furnished bedroom to offer with access to the entire townhome. The room has a twin bed w/linens, bookshelf, lamp, curtains, closet, drawers. I also have an outside storage shed for your use. Full bath, Full kitchen, Wireless internet, 40” TV, Comcast with all the movie channels, Fenced backyard, Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, and Parking spot! I do have two non-aggressive large dogs, so you must be dog friendly. Because I have two dogs, I can’t allow any more pets/animals in the house. I’m a single 34 yr old white professional lesbian woman. I like to keep the home neat and clean. I’m not a partier or dinner entertainer. Fairly quiet and tend to keep busy. I work Monday – Friday and off on the weekends. During my leisure time, I enjoy being outside! Hiking or playing at the park with my dogs is when I am most happy! I like going to movies, dinner, grilling, cooking, working-out, shopping, golf, wine, coffee, good conversation, movie/game night on the 40”, day trips…whatever strikes my mood! Short-term or long-term lease agreement. I don’t mind temporary rentals or long term rentals. Monthly rent is $700 (includes ALL utilities) with a $300 security deposit.
