a month for room in nice house we are looking for a mature roommate who shares similar interest like sports, outdoors, hanging out, etc. The room will cost $450 a month for rent, utilities should never be more than 150 a month and, cable and internet no more than 25 a month. There is also Cali who is a 2 year old energetic chocolate lab. the house was built in the 1980's and was foreclosed. The house is still in transistion to bring it back up to nice condition in some rooms because of how it was left.
