Currently there is a full-sized bed and a dresser in the room, and it has a small closet. Shared bath with one other person (me). You'll have shared use of the rest of the house: living room, dining, small kitchen, finished basement room (with bar), washer/dryer in basement, yard, front porch. Parking on street for 1 car. House has high-speed wireless internet, and directtv + tivo in the living room. Asking $700/month plus utilities (your share would be roughly $150/month), 3-month lease, $250 deposit + last month's rent. About me: I'm a 40-year-old female, a bit quiet but friendly, easy-going (I like to think!). I'm a nonsmoker, but don't mind if you smoke outside. I like to keep the place reasonably clean. I've been enjoying running lately, and am currently enjoying the Tour de France on TV. I have a medium-sized senior dog who is very people-friendly, but does not like other dogs.
