Location: The house is 10 minutes walking to Dunn Loring metro station on Orange Line (1.4 miles). It is 5 minutes driving to 495, 66, Route 50, Tysons's Corner and Inova Hospital. Room: It is on 2nd floor, sharing a renovated bathroom with another roommate. It is $495 plus $45 for utilities and $20 for wireless if you want. 1 month rent for refundable security deposit. There is a window looking at the park in the backyard. The kitchen is renovated as well and there is washer - dryer in the basement. There are 2 reserved parking space and 24/7 street parking. We have plenty space in living room, so you can bring your furnitures. There is storage in basement as well. Neighborhood: Generally families and young proffesionals. It is very clean and quite.
