One bedroom available in a group house walking distance to the Ballston Metro station on the orange line. This spacious two level house, has two full baths and one half bath plus six bedrooms although we keep one open as a guest room. We also have a game room and a large yard for cookouts and summer fun. Currently, there are three guys and two girls in the house. All are working professionals in their mid to late twenties and are looking for the same. One of the girls is moving out so ideally it would be another woman but as long as you are cool to live with and fit in with everyone else gender doesn’t matter. The room that will be available by August 1 is upstairs overlooking the backyard with great space, large closets and is $600 per month plus utilities which are usually around $120/month. Utilities include high speed internet, cable, water, electricity and gas. All bills are shared evenly by all housemates. $600 security deposit is required. 12 month lease preferred.
