• The house is a 5 minute walk from the Ballston metro and just off of Wilson Blvd. There is easy access to Wilson Blvd, Glebe Road, and two blocks from I-66. It is located in a great neighborhood - walking distance from the Ballston Common Mall, bars, restaurants, gyms, and grocery stores. • The room for rent is about 10'x18' with two closets and a private bathroom. It is the top floor bedroom of a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house, ~1,500-2,000 square feet. • The rent is $900 per month plus 1/4 utilities (generally run $75-100/per person - water, gas, electricity, cable, and wireless internet). We are looking for a responsible, clean, fun and considerate roommate to share the house. One year lease starts on August 1. • There are plenty of street parking spaces for larger vehicles, but there is space in the garage for a medium-sized car. • The three current roommates are all male (two are 29 and one is 25): one works in insurance and the other two work in consulting. • The house is less than 10 years old, has a ton of common space, and is in great condition.
