The townhouse is a 3 level, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with fresh paint and mouldings throughout the interior which gives it a lot of personality. There are bay windows which gives a lot of sunlight into the house, and there is also a backyard. There's a track behind the house for anyone who likes to run/jog for exercise. The place is available for move-in now, and leasing terms are negotiable. It takes about 5-10 minutes driving to get onto 66, and about 15 minutes to get to 495 or the metro (Vienna metro.) Please no summer interns, leasing terms are flexible but looking for a 6-12 month lease. The room available is going for $550. The room has new fresh paint inside, a large closet, and can fit a queen sized bed w/ bookshelf and desk. The bathroom is shared with a female. Utilities are not included and will be split amongst 4 roommates. Utilities typically go for $80-100. The Townhouse has all the basic amenities, cable TV, wireless internet, new washer and dryer, etc... There is also plenty of parking, and a large pool nearby! Since this place will be occupied by roommates who have working 9-5 schedules, weekday nights are to be quieter but on weekends anything goes as long as it's respectful to others. Guests are allowed whenever provided you don't overdo it (no live-ins). There are two females and one male, all in our early-mid 20s. We have all met through CL and so far we have been getting along really well. During the week we all have our own different schedules but on week-ends we hang out every now and then. We'll watch TV together or play some beer pong or go out to Arlington/DC. We are sociable, fun, respectful, fun to be around, and would like to find someone similar. We are independent and courteous, so you would not feel like the "outside" person at the place. We are all meshing really well and the living situation is great. The type of roommate we are looking for: Someone who is in their early-mid 20s and mature. Students are welcome, as long as you have financial backing. Someone responsible, and relatively clean. Someone who is laidback, respectful, and won't bring drama into the house. Someone who wouldn't mind get-togethers at the Townhouse (and of course, if you rent there, you can have your own as well) Someone who likes to have fun! Smokers are fine, but it must be done outdoors The place has a large Plasma HDTV, an xbox 360 with Rock Band, a regulation sized Beer Pong table, a charcoal grill for bbq grill-outs, Nintendo Wii and other fun stuff. These will be shared amongst all roommates and is in the common living area. I wouldn't call this place a party house but they can definitely be thrown and it has the right stuff for one :).
