Rent would be $649 plus ½ of the other stuff (gas, electric, expanded cable, water, high speed internet, condo fee). - Available NOW or August 1st - The place is pretty well updated and nice with a complete fresh paint job, professionally cleaned carpets. - The apartment backs to woods, so it's peaceful (also has a deck). - Location: Right off of route 50, 495, and is 1 exit from route 66. - Metro bus stop is a 1 minute walk out of complex on route 50. Metro rail is 10 minutes away (either Dunn Loring or East Falls Church) - The kitchen is pretty nice with relatively new cabinets, and granite countertops. - The place has carpet mostly, so it's soft on your feet. - There is a separate closet for the full sized washer and dryer. - Your bathroom would be the hall bathroom pretty nice. - Your room is 11’x11’ and has a large closet. - The landscaping around the grounds are some of the best I’ve seen in any garden style apartment community. ABOUT ME: - I am a straight 26 year old male that likes things pretty quiet. I don't drink that much, go out that much (I am social, I swear, its just that I work a lot), I have about 1 friend over a week and maybe a group of 8 once a quarter for poker. I'm out of grad school. I love crabs and beer and now that it's summer this is a good thing. That’s about it, I'm just a relatively normal human being. ABOUT YOU: - I'd prefer someone in their 20s. You could be male or female, I don't particularly mind either (I've lived with both). I think that’s about it...
