There are new hard wood floors throughout the main level of the house and all bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen is remodeled with new appliances, including a dishwasher. The house has central ac and heat, w/d, fireplace, balcony, and deck. The house is in a great location, a 10-12 minute walk from both the Rosslyn and Courthouse metros, easy access to 66, 395, and 50, and a 15-20 minute walk across the key bridge to Georgetown. We have one reserved parking spot, but there is ample un-zoned street parking available. The available room is 16' X10', has an attached bathroom, 2 large closets and is $915 a month. A little bit about the other roommates....we are both female professionals, ages 28 and 32, one works in event planning and the other in international human capital consulting. We are both active and social people and lead busy lives, but we do like to keep the house quiet. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
