I'm a 22 year old female who recently relocated to DC for work. I need a place to live from Aug-Dec as my summer sublet will be ending at that time. I'm a quiet, neat, clean person who does not smoke, use drugs, etc. I don't mind living with pets. I have my own bedroom furniture. Just need a place where I can walk to a metro stop everyday.
