I am a 37 year old professional female, non-smoker seeking temporary housing in a spacious apartment or townhouse. Prefer own spacious room, closet and bathroom. I would also like a quiet household, the privilege to cook and watch TV in a common area. I enjoy many activities and am very laid back. I have been through a lot with roommates in the past 18 months. Everything from mis-representing their situation to the level of cleanliness in the house. I would like to meet any potential roommate and go over the specifics of the living arrangement. I am very helpful around the house. I will do my share of chores. I work in Crystal City in Information Security. I carpool there everyday with a friend of mine. I also attend school for project management. My family does not live in the area, but visit once in a while. They usually stay in a hotel. I love dogs! I am allergic to some of the hairier breeds so a clean house is a must for me. But, I do love all dogs. It would be great if the price of rent included utilities, cable and wireless Internet. If the price needs to be higher than listed above I am willing to negotiate as long as the house is clean and well kept. This might all sound extremely picky, but I am just looking for a pleasant place to live after so many difficult situations that were beyond my control.
