About me: I'm a 27 year old guy going to school at Mason in the Fall thanks to the new GI Bill. I'm active (marathon training, avid runner, reluctant gym-goer), very outgoing, and not home very often. I would love nothing more than to stay in Arlington/DC, but if school's going to be my main focus (and uncle sam my primary source of income), i'm forced to find a roommate who's willing to split $1500 or less rent close to campus. About you: I don't care if you're male/female/gay/straight/tall/short/pets/no pets/etc... I'd prefer someone who's ok with the occasional mess here and there, but generally clean. I'd prefer it if you're not socially handicapped (i.e. you don't creep people out), and if you know how to budget. Life happens, but I don't like to have to worry about the "other half of the rent" not making it's scheduled appearance every month. I'm bringing (but can put in storage if you've got better) couches, a really wide TV stand w/ 61" tv/xbox 360/wii, wireless router, etc... which I'm hoping to keep in the living room for shared use.
