Hello. I am a 24 yr old professional female relocating to the NOVA area. I am looking to primarily move in the Ballston, Clarendon, Rosslyn areas. I am looking for a young professional female to to share an apartment with and would like to start a lease between Sept. 1 - Sept 15th (I can be a little more flexible if the date is earlier than Sept 1st, but not as flexible if the date is later than Sept 15). I am interested in a 2br/2bath apartment, but if the price is right would settle for a 1bath apartment. The maximum I would like to spend including rent, utilities, etc is $1,200. A few things I would like in the apartment is a safe location with security, a good maintenance department, accessible to the Metro, and a gym. About me, I work full time so I don't got out too much during the weekdays but enjoy going out on weekends. I am clean and respectful and would like the same. I do not smoke or use drugs, but I do drink. Since we would be living together, I am really trying to find someone I get along with and hang out with - I do not want to live with someone who is just looking for a place to live, does not want to speak/be spoken to. Also, I'm not interested in having pets in the apartment (huge animal lover, but not to live with).
