These are important attributes: *high-speed internet access (If not presently available, I could arrange that) *a place to set up my bed *a shower *AC, or good insulation and a window where I could place a unit. *place to set up my computers and printers. *non-smoking No drugs, alcohol, or smoking on my part... The more comfortable and supportive this is, the more likely it would be long-term!PS. I have never had any problems with pets. Kind of a recycling freak, though individuals' efforts there aren't very significant when the society as a whole keeps spewing waste and poison. Communal house veteran 1968 to 1971. Hoping to move into a place soon; my present lease is month-to-month. Want a relatively private, cool bedroom which could be kept dark so I could sleep around my work schedule. For an ideal situation I would consider a commute that took a while until I change locations to a closer one to our "home". Hope to find a place comfortable enough that I could see staying for eight years or so, when I'd be eligible to retire...
