Industrial Cleaning Company looking for a dedicated, honest and reliable worker with knowledge of performing Administrative work. Our projects are Government type work (State/City/Federal) and do work with other Construction Companies requiring Certified Payroll Reports and an abundance of paperwork to comply with government regulations. Work may include, but not limited to the following: Do various errands around town to pickup plans, proposals and contracts. General Clerical Office type of work: Filing, Organizing, Typing, Form Copying/Scanning, Answer Phones, etc. Daily Sub-contractor Reports and Certified Payroll as well as regular payroll (bi-weekly and weekly employees) Familiar with OSHA logs, Workcomp Forms, Employee Personnel Records. D.O.T. Hours of Service Logs (CDL Drivers) Must have the following requirements: Accounting Background (A/R) Quickbooks Excel Spreadsheets and Word Docs Candidate will work closely with the Administrative Staff. We are located in the Pearl City Industrial Park. Our Company offers PAID Health benefits. Holiday, Vacation and Sick Leave after 1-full year of employment. Work hours will be from 8:30am to 2:30pm M-F, however the hours may fluctuate depending on the work loads and projects we currently have.
