Responsibilities: -Conduct work on assigned segments of, or assume substantial responsibility for tax engagements. -Develop an understanding of the unique accounting, regulatory and tax concepts and requirements of assigned engagements. -Understand and apply tax laws, rules and regulations, and prepares tax returns and other deliverables. -Research and draft memorandums to document findings and conclusions. -Supervise and mentor assigned junior staff accountants and paraprofessional staff. -Conduct and participate in professional development forums. -Diligently pursue and satisfy the requirements to become a certified public accountant. Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.0 or better. -Advanced written and verbal communication skills. -Passion and commitment to the profession.
