Payroll Accounting Manager needed for a local airline. Duties include oversight of timesheet processing; administering payroll and time keeping system; preparing various journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting associated with payroll, including tax, year-end, and stock options; providing training to managers and employees; and other job-related duties as required. Some evening and weekend work required. Requirements: College degree. Minimum five (5) years of experience in accounting or payroll functions. Exceptional organizational and written communications skills. Knowledge of ADP and/or payroll software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
