Seeking quality improvement leader for both operational and clinical process improvement.
Must have three years of previous quality improvement leadership experience in health care, especially in health insurance/managed care health insurance.
Must have demonstrated successful use of major health care quality improvement models/philosophy in previous quality improvement positions.
Must be able to lead and educate the organization in quality improvement processes.
Must be able to describe actual successes attained in quality improvement operations and clinical areas in health care environments.
