and is seeking an enthusiastic and organized professional candidate to enter a management training program. This new
hire will represent our company as you work with and communicate to our entire sales force. We are looking for someone
who is enthusiastic, organized and thrives in a fast-paced, results oriented environment! Candidates must have strong
communication skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and be professional in every sense.

Job Duties Would Include:
Providing excellent support to our Regional Manager in management
Sorting through many candidates with phone interviews and personal interviews to find the qualified candidates for new sales associates positions
Organizing and maintaining new associates schedules and files
Attracting candidates through local advertising
Working with our Regional Manager to assist them in administration
