JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Associate is responsible for cleaning, cash control, meeting sales goals, locking and securing building and any other responsibilities that are implemented such as: * Sales Associate must gain and maintain knowledge of the tanning process, tanning packages and all tanning products. * Sales Associate will be responsible for counting and controlling inventory and cash for their shift. * Sales Associate must report for their shifts on time. * Sales Associate must meet/exceed specific sales goals set forth by upper management. * Sales Associate must provide excellent and consistent customer service to all clients. * Sales Associate must perform tasks given to them with accurate and immediate attention. * Sales Associate must perform all cleaning responsibilities delegated to them. * Sales Associate must follow dress code.
