Busy medical billing office located in Kailua looking for an energetic and friendly person with excellent customer service skills. We're looking for someone with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Good typing and PC skills with working knowledge of Excel & Word. Duties include working with patients, hospital staff, doctors, and insurance carriers to obtain insurance information, collect payments, answer questions, and assist with billing complaints. Analyze accounts and reports to identify problems and follow-up to ensure payment. Prior medical billing or customer service experience preferred. Position is Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
