Represents Goodwill at the Attended Donation Center (ADC) site. Assists donors with acceptance of donations at ADCs and provision of a donation receipt. Educates donors on acceptable donations and on the company’s mission. Organizes and consolidates donated goods to facilitate pick-ups, maintains cleanliness of ADC and ADC site, and assists in loading the company truck. Availability to work on the weekends and holidays is an essential function of this position. Prior experience in customer service preferred. Experience working independently and good communication skills to be able to explain company mission and provide general information about Goodwill’s services and programs. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
