JOB DUTIES
-Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
-Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. Will use computer to access and/or update customer records. Requires 6-12 months experience with products and services.
-Performs data entry and uses MS Office and In-house programs. Also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems.
-Excellent communication abilities are essential.
REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred, but not required.
-6 months or more experience in call center capacity preferred, but not required.
