I am a native speaker of Japanese. I have a BA in Teaching Japanese as a Second Language from University of Hawaii. I have a lot experience teaching and tutoring Japanese to adults, children, high school students, college students. I taught at Phillips Academy and Andover in MA (all levels), Mid-Pacific Institute (I.B. initio class) and a Japanese language school for children in Hawaii. Also, I have been a substitute teacher at Punahou high school for 10 years. I am very familiar with "Adventure in Japanese" which is used by many high schools in Hawaii and on the mainland. I am also very familiar with "Minna no Nihongo." This textbook is written for adult learners. I can use any other textbooks, such as "Japanese for Busy People."
