Project Manager/ Estimator Commercial Construction Our Project Managers are empowered with both the responsibility and authority to lead their project, Estimate, and resolve construction issues as the primary representative of this Organization. Our Project Managers provide overall management direction to multiple projects; establish project objectives and policies; and maintain liaison with prime clients. Responsibilities include direct communication with owners and architects; submittal processing; procurement of subcontractors and materials; budgeting; and project scheduling. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field and at least five years of applicable experience.
