Mechanical Energy Engineer Large Consulting firm in Honolulu has an immediate opening for an experienced Mechanical Energy Engineer. This person will provide technical analysis, measurement, and verification of the company’s energy services projects. Responsibilities include: Technical analysis/review for energy services, building energy assessments - HVAC, lighting, water heating, controls, building envelope performance and metering, etc, preparation of designs, cost estimates and technical proposals, and engineering direction and support. Candidate must have min 5 years experience as an Energy Engineer and must have thorough knowledge of energy standards, practices and conservation regulations, such as CA Code of Regulations, Title 24. BS in Mechanical Engineering, strong Electrical Controls skills and experience with building HVAC and electrical systems are required. PE preferred. Salary is up to $80k DOE, with excellent benefits.
