We are a small non-profit organization looking to fill a part-time administrative position, which may lead to a long-term appointment. We are looking for someone who takes iniative, is reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently. The job duties include travel and multi-day event planning/coordination, clerical duties, professional correspondence, managing the organization’s email account, general billing entries, and updating website content. Basic Qualifications: • Experience with small-scale event planning and coordination • Punctual with a strong work ethic • Organizational skills • Attention to detail and self-starter mentality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with accounting and company financial matters • Ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications: • Flexible schedule • College degree • Interest in Northeast Asia, economics, or other social sciences • Ability to speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Russian • Experience working in a small office setting • Experience working in an academic/educational environment All interested candidates should email a cover letter and current resume.
