Part-Time position available immediately that can potentially turn into Full-Time. We are an import company that is growing but has a very small staff. We have only 2 of us in the office, 1 warehouse employee, a few outside sales reps, an outside book keeper and accountant. We run 3 small businesses and need someone that can act as a left and right hand to the owners. Duties will include but not be limited to: Warehouse Skills: Must be willing to work in warehouse when needed to help process, pack and deliver orders. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Inventory, organizational ability needed. Office Skills: Answer phones, customer service oriented, computer literate (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook), basic accounting/bookkeeping, organized, independent worker, and quick learner. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus. Sales: Need to have customer skills when opportunity arises. There will be occasional trade shows and product demonstrations where sales and communication skills are important. Candidate must be able to mluti-task and willing to work hard.
