Full-time position * MUST be able to speak fluent Japanese as well as English.
Duties will include greeting clients and vendors, answering incoming phone calls, preparing correspondence documents and reports, filing and managing administrative records, as well as scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Must have well developed verbal and written communication skills and strong organization and planning skills. Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook, as well as in Internet/Web-based software.
