Event planning/coordination company is seeking a part time person to assist with administrative & marketing tasks related to the company and our clients. This position will also be required to attend events as an Assistant to the Lead Coordinator for oversight.
You will work from home on your own time for a majority of tasks, but must be able to come to Kaneohe 1-2 times per week to work in person with the Owner.
Must be thorough, detail oriented and optimistic. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet all deadlines. Must be creative and forward thinking while also able to take direction well. Must be punctual and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills. Strong sense of commitment required.
Required skills include: computer literate, Internet proficient, strong writing & phone skills, strong communication & interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online resources (Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Position is similar to an internship (unpaid) for the administrative day-to-day responsibilities and will be paid for oversight/event days. Details will be discussed with qualified applicants.
