Currently DTRIC is realizing strong growth in agency submissions and is seeking a sales minded individual for our Commercial Lines Underwriting Specialist position. At DTRIC our Commercial Underwriting Specialists are more than just Underwriters, they are hands-on business partners with their client agencies. Responsibilities include soliciting, underwriting and producing commercial new business, partnering with assigned key agents to implement strategies for growth and managing a portfolio of renewal business. Minimum of five years multi-line underwriting experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and valid driver’s license required. This position also requires travel to neighbor islands. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, etc. a plus.
