- Professional Receptionist skills
- Self-directed individual
- Organized, Prompt individual
- Have 3 years of office experience
- Possess all secretarial skills
- Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Perform Peachtree software tasks (will train)
- Answer telephone, handle customer relations
- Normal filing, organizing duties around the office
- Keep office clean & tidy
- Handle company mail
- Keep all office machines in good working condition
- Communicate well with other office/wh personnel
- Execute special projects in a timely manner
- Reliable Bank-drop offs, postal drop-offs
Compensation:
$12.00 p/ hour
Full Medical after 90 day probation
90 day, then yearly evaluations conducted
