We are in a quiet neighborhood in Kaneohe & have a nice backyard yard & koi fishpond. House is conveniently located near the Likelike, Pali Highway, H3 & the Windward City Shopping Center. Very close to HPU & WCC, students welcome. Bus lines are just a few blocks away. Our house is clean, cool and drama free. Room can be partially furnished or unfurnished. Room is approximately 11'x11' with a huge closet, lots of space for clothes/storage. On street parking is available. One month deposit required. House has washer/dryer, cable tv/internet, kitchen with pots and pans. We just ask that you please treat our things with respect and clean up after yourself. Must be dog friendly, we have one small dog but no other pets are allowed. We are looking for a 6 month lease. Room is available for move in July 1st. One occupant only.
