Because both of my roommates are moving to the mainland, I have two rooms available in a three bedroom/two bath duplex in Iroquois Point (now The Waterfront at Pu'uloa). The room for $555 shares a bathroom with me. The master bedroom has a private bath and rents for $655. Utilities are split three ways and usually run around $50-$60 per person per month. If you add an AC, your share of utilities would increase. Both rooms are available August 1. This is a great, spacious house (one roommate and I have been here two years) - breezy, open floor plan, large yard, ample storage inside and out, washer and dryer in the unit, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. The community boasts a free fitness center, walking/biking paths, canoe club, marina, and fishing access. I'm a laid-back, female teacher in my thirties, non-smoker, fairly active, with one cat. I'd prefer people in their mid-twenties to thirties, employed full-time (military ok), male or female. Pets are ok, but the property requires an additional deposit and monthly fee.
