JOB OPENING Information Security Engineer Position Number: JR 38723 Location: Wahiawa, HI MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE PURPOSES CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer Duties: CACI has a full-time contingent position for an Information Security Engineer to support a Navy command in Wahiawa, Hawaii. The Information Security Engineer will be responsible for successful program support and functions of the team and client. Specific responsibilities include: Provide program management support for Navy Computer Networks Defense Provide day-to-day support on Information Security Issues for military communication networks Represent a military command on Navy Computer Networks Defense issues Design and develop information security architectures Possess a wide range of knowledge in design of security components and architectures Provide functional guidance and team leadership on complex projects Provide guidance to less experienced engineers Capable of independent management of projects Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science or equivalent and five to seven years experience with information networks and their security aspects. This experience must include: Ability to communicate effectively with IT professionals Minimum 5 years experience in working with NMCI networks Familiarity with Naval Communication networks Expertise with PowerPoint Minimum 5 years experience in working with Microsoft network products Successful/proven record of customer support Familiarity with software/web development and general networking protocols Exceptional communication skills, both orally and written Desired Qualifications: Desired 12 years of technical and managerial experience in a military and technical setting (preferably former Navy) Desired 7 years experience in working with Microsoft network products Ability to use all Microsoft Office products Familiarity with Navy Computer Networks MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE PURPOSES CACI is an Equal Opportunity Employer Interested?
