Duties: Assist in overall maintenance & functioning of science labs. Assist with setting up lab sessions; cleaning and storing lab materials; performing routine maintenance and cleaning of all lab rooms; maintaining inventories/supplies and stock cultures; monitoring and maintaining equipment; and provide assistance to users during scheduled lab sessions. Qualifications: Minimum requirements include Bachelor’s degree in Biology Chemistry Marine Science or equivalent; and one-year experience in a science lab environment (preferably in an institution of higher education). Current certification in CPR first aid and SCUBA; and one year work experience as a lab assistant desired.
