PLANT NURSERY needs GROWER Modern and progressive plant nursery is looking to add a "Section Grower". Responsibilities include watering and fertilizing crops, monitoring for bugs and disease, moving and spreading plants, sanitizing areas, weeding, monitoring all aspects of plant growth and care, spraying pesticides with spray crew, working independantly and with a crew. This is a physical job that requires good health and an interest in doing hard work. Rain or shine. Full time. Long term position (no less than 1 year, prefer several years at least.) Our main work week is Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.. After training, weekend work is probable. Sprays are done later in the day and candidate must be able to stay late to spray at least 3 times a week. Great benefits. Wonderful crew.
